Return Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All original parts and accessories must be included
- Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
- Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to return approval
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a processing fee
- Orders canceled after shipment will incur actual shipping and freight charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will assist with replacement or manufacturer warranty claims at no cost to you
Shipping & Delivery
- Products may ship via freight or White Glove delivery, depending on the item
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and carrier scheduling
