Shipping policy

SHIPPING, RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY

Introduction  
Luxe Wellness Room (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by Vital House LLC. This policy applies to orders placed through www.luxewellnessroom.com and explains how orders are shipped, delivered, returned, and refunded.

Shipping Overview  
Standard shipping is free on most orders within the United States. Any exceptions, including items with shipping fees or special delivery services, are clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days within the United States, including order processing and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on product type, supplier handling time, and shipping destination.

Shipping Destinations  
We ship to valid United States street addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept standard carrier delivery.

Shipping Methods & Tracking  
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers for large items. Tracking information is provided once the order ships. Shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

White Glove Delivery  
White Glove delivery may be available for select products depending on size, weight, and manufacturer requirements. Service details and any applicable fees are clearly disclosed on the product page or at checkout. White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable once the service is scheduled or completed.

Delivery Issues  
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luxewellnessroom.com or (661) 213-9124. Photos may be required to process claims.

Returns & Refunds  
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Restocking fees of 15%–35% may apply depending on the product and supplier. Any such fees are disclosed on the product page prior to purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items  
Defective items are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on supplier terms.

Refund Processing  
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Processing may take up to 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping, White Glove, and restocking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Payment Methods  
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Address Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Reshipment fees may apply.
